Terms and Conditions

A paid tennis lesson series is considered complete after: 1. The scheduled number of lessons has been completed. 2. The time period of the classes plus 2 other scheduled classes has passed. We understand illness or other special school events may cause you to miss 1 or 2 classes. 3. Makeu0002up lessons must be completed within 2 weeks of the end of the regularly scheduled lessons, unless prior arrangements are made with the Director during that same registered period. 4. Attempts to make up lessons after the 4 week period without prior approval from the Director will be considered a new series of lessons with payment due on or before the first day of class. Registration is required before starting class and should be done at least one week prior to the class start date. If there is a rainu0002out or the courts are unavailable, those enrolled will be allowed to make up the class at the earliest possible date. Please coordinate with Director. Classes are continuous and yearu0002 round. All players except beginners may join a session at any time. Beginners must start at the beginning of each session unless they have prior consent from the instructor.

I hereby release the Tennis Mastermind Academy (TMA), its employees, Cinco Ranch Junior High and Silver Ranch Community of all responsibilities in the event of an accident or injury to the enrolled participant.I hereby assign and grant to the TMA the right and permission to use and publish the photographs/ film/video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings made of me by TMA, and I hereby release TMA from any and all liability from such use and publication. I hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs/film/ video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of TMA and I specifically waive any right to any compensation for any of the foregoing.
